OUR STORY
SCD Insights was founded by Sandeep Das, a Head of Internal Audit, Independent Audit Committee member and Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Governance and Compliance; across multiple industries: Pharmaceutical Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Higher Education and the Third Sector.
Sandeep is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and holds a Certificate in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA). He holds several Independent Risk & Audit Committee roles in the not-for-profit / Third Sector and is also an exam author for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
He has strong expertise and knowledge of the pharmaceutical & life sciences industry with 12+ years of experience across three large UK, US and Japanese listed pharma companies.

HOW WE WORK
We have created a four-stage process that we utilise for each consulting engagement:
Analysis & Assessment
We will arrange an initial consultation session either remotely or at your place of business, meeting with you and your Leadership Team to discuss your consulting needs.
Approval & Implementation
Once we have drafted a Statement of Work and specific deliverables, we will share this with you and incorporate your feedback. We will discuss pricing options and scheduling. Once agreed, we are ready to go.
Solution Development
We will develop a detailed plan specific to your needs. We will draft a Statement of Work that details our solutions, activities and deliverables.
Evaluation
Every consulting engagement we perform includes an evaluation component. We also ask you and your team to evaluate us. This helps to ensure our service has met your needs and provided the solutions you sought.
